  • Overview of Position:

    The role of Administration and Customer Service Support is responsible for helping deliver the overall administration support function for this Food Based Business Unit.

    This role will provide you with variety, challenge, and responsibility. You will thrive on delivering exceptional admin support and customer service - face to face, on the phone, email and on social platforms, while ensuring the day-to-day customer service based administrative needs are efficiently delivered.

    We are looking for a bright spark with an excellent command of English both spoken and written as a large portion of this role interacts with our customers.

    About You:
    • You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy keeping operations running smoothly
    • You have a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy supporting others
    • You must have administrative experience, and ideally 1-3 years' experience in a customer service.
    • You are confident with Microsoft products.
    • You communicate clearly and confidently.
    This busy full time role reports through to the Customer Service Manager. We are shortly moving to operate seven days a week, and ideally this role will work Sunday to Thursday to cover a weekend shift. We are a rapidly growing company that offers excellent long-term opportunities for the right candidate.
