We are looking for someone who's ready to apply their knowledge and experience, is passionate about exceeding clients' expectations, has superior initiative, strong leadership qualities, and takes pride in beautiful gardens.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and inspire the maintenance of beautiful gardens, ensuring our clients' properties are their pride and joy.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, addressing any concerns or requests.
- Manage and support a skilled team, ensuring they are highly trained and have the tools and support to complete tasks to the highest standards.
- Oversee and coordinate the scheduling of multiple maintenance jobs across various client sites, ensuring efficiency and timely completion.
- Actively seek new opportunities within existing client relationships and through outreach to secure new maintenance prospects.
- Ensure accurate records of completed work, manage invoicing, and track the status of ongoing maintenance services for both internal purposes and client billing.
- Work alongside the leadership team to grow and develop the maintenance department.
We're looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities at once.

Qualifications:- Solid experience in garden maintenance, with proven leadership capabilities.
- A strong skillset in horticulture and a premium understanding of plant care and maintenance practices.
- The ability to organize, schedule, and coordinate multiple jobs and teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency with operational programs and experience with maintenance management software.
- A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to address client issues and team challenges proactively.
