We're currently looking for an Aftersales Consultant to join the team at Lexus of Tauranga.
Previous experience in the automotive industry would be an advantage, specifically a Technician or someone with a pre-trade qualification. However, we are also keen to talk to those with sales or strong customer service experience.
What You'll Be Doing:- Managing customer bookings, updates, and follow-ups to ensure an exceptional experience
- Creating and processing job cards, estimates, and invoices accurately
- Coordinating with technicians to ensure smooth workflow
- Parts ordering, warranty returns, and stock management
- Supporting service administration, documentation, and daily operational tasks
- Building strong relationships with customers and promoting Lexus service excellence
Other key skills and attributes we're looking for include:- Experience in an automotive service advisor or parts role (dealership experience preferred)
- Strong computer skills (DMS, Microcat, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work unsupervised
- An honest and reliable work ethic
- A good understanding of workshop or parts operations
- A clean full NZ driver's licence

As a stand-alone Lexus dealership, the role offers a slower pace when compared to a high-volume brand, with more emphasis on the customer service and relationship aspect of the role.
