  • Tristram Northland is one of Northland's largest multi-franchised car dealerships. We are the proud home of Hyundai, Isuzu, Renault, Volkswagen, MG, Nissan, Chery and JAC in Northland.

    Due to growth and future brand opportunities, we are seeking an experienced Vehicle Sales Brand Manager to lead and grow one of our vehicle brands at our Northland dealership.

    This is a sales leadership role suited to someone who is commercially driven, people-focused, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

    We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
    • Proven experience in automotive vehicle sales
    • Previous leadership or management experience within a dealership environment
    • Strong commercial and financial acumen
    • Ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable
    • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
    • Strong organisational and time management abilities
    • Professional presentation and conduct
    As Vehicle Sales Brand Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance, presentation, and growth of your assigned vehicle brand. You will lead the sales team, drive volume and profitability, and ensure brand standards are met or exceeded.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing vehicle sales team
    • Drive vehicle sales volume, gross profit, and market share
    • Manage day-to-day operations of the brand showroom and sales floor
    • Ensure brand standards, compliance, and manufacturer requirements are maintained
    • Develop and execute sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns
    • Manage stock levels, pricing, and aged inventory
    • Oversee customer experience from enquiry to delivery
    • Analyse sales performance, reporting, and KPIs
    • Build strong relationships with manufacturers, customers, and internal departments
    • Maintain a professional, motivating, and results-driven team culture
