Humphreys Landscaping Ltd is an award-winning leader in high-end residential landscaping. We are looking for an experienced Irrigation Supervisor to take ownership of our irrigation work and lead a small, skilled team.

Your Role
As Irrigation Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the performance, quality, and efficiency of irrigation services across our Landscaping, Lawns, and Maintenance divisions.
You'll lead from the front, combining technical expertise with practical leadership.
Key responsibilities include:- Leading and supporting a small team of irrigation technicians
- Managing day-to-day irrigation operations across multiple sites
- Designing, specifying, and pricing irrigation systems suited to high-end residential landscapes
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with pumps, valves, controllers, and pipework
- Preparing jobs efficiently - materials, equipment, scheduling, and compliance
- Working closely with project managers and other divisions to deliver seamless outcomes
- Communicating clearly with clients, including scheduling, system explanations, and updates
About You
You're an experienced irrigation professional who enjoys responsibility and problem-solving.
You'll bring:- Strong practical knowledge of irrigation systems, pumps, and basic plumbing
- The ability to confidently adjust, optimise, and troubleshoot systems
- Experience designing and pricing irrigation installations
- Sound understanding of horticulture and plant water requirements
- A high level of physical fitness and a genuine enjoyment of outdoor work
- Confidence working independently while leading others
Requirements:- Full, clean NZ driver's licence.
- Valid entitlement to work in New Zealand.
