We're looking for a motivated, people-focused individual to join our property management team in a part time role. This is a great opportunity to grow your career with one of New Zealand's most trusted real estate brands, while enjoying flexibility and balance.
You'll be part of a team managing a well-organised portfolio with full support from an experienced team and systems that make your workday smooth and rewarding.
This position offers flexibility to suit your lifestyle - ideally 2 full days per week, or we can look at shorter hours across more days (for example, three days at 5 hours per day). As our business continues to grow, there is also the potential to increase your hours in future.
Experience in property management is essential.
What we're looking for:- An experienced Property Manager
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- A friendly, professional approach with clients and tenants
- A team player who enjoys working in a supportive environment
- A full NZ driver's licence
