    About the role

    In this role, you'll be part of our high performing Service team; one that puts employee and customer experience at the heart of everything that we do.

    The work includes:
    • Issuing Warrants of Fitness
    • Servicing and maintaining customer and dealership vehicles - both new and used.
    • Undertaking repair work effectively and efficiently to resolve any issues with vehicles.
    • Attending regular technical training so that your skillset stays sharp
    • Identifying customer needs (that they might not even be aware of), and working with our After Sales Advisor team to solve those needs for the customer

    • As a Toyota Technician, you are required to achieve your Toyota Accreditation Technician certification within 2 years of starting with us (we'll support you to achieve this!).

    To be considered for this role, you must have these skills, experience and attributes:
    • Qualified Technician or minimum two years' experience working independently
    • Have a proven track record of automotive service and repairs
    • WOF Inspection Authorisation: Be able to issue Warrants of Fitness in line with certification requirements.
    • Have a full and clean driver's license
    • Be familiar with modern diagnostic procedures and equipment
    • Be punctual and reliable
    • Enjoy working with customers to understand their needs, and
    • Be a good team player and have a warm and positive mindset
    Experience with Toyota products that would be ideal, but no stress if you don't, we'll teach you the Toyota way.
