About the Role
You'll be delivering high-quality hair services while creating exceptional experiences for our loyal clients, including:- Cutting, colouring, foiling, toning, and blow-drying (level dependent)
- Professional client consultations and personalised recommendations
- Shampooing, treatments, and service preparation
- Supporting the team during busy periods
- Maintaining salon cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards
- Assisting with retail recommendations, stock, and client records
- Participating in training, team meetings, and ongoing development
- Following all health & safety and salon policies
About You

You'll bring:- 3rd Year Apprentice experience or full hairdressing qualification
- Confidence in cutting, colouring, foiling, toning, and styling (experience-based)
- Strong communication and consultation skills
- A professional, reliable, and well-presented approach
- A calm, positive attitude in a busy salon environment
- A genuine passion for empowering women and building confidence
- A desire to grow, learn, and be part of a long-term team
