  • Harcourts Rotorua is looking for an organised and creative Marketing Administrator to join our busy real estate office. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting our sales, rentals, and property management teams with marketing coordination and general office support.

    You'll work with a trusted, market-leading brand and play a key role in delivering high-quality marketing for property listings while helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Design property advertisements, brochures, and marketing material using InDesign and Canva
    • Coordinate, design, and book the weekly property guide
    • Manage social media platforms and create engaging digital content
    • Film and edit property and promotional videos
    • Maintain marketing records and support listing launches
    • Provide front-of-office and administrative support
    • Ensure all marketing aligns with Harcourts' national brand standards
    About You:
    • Minimum 1 year marketing experience 
    • Strong social media, content creation, and digital marketing skills
    • Proficient in InDesign, Canva, CapCut, and Zoho
    • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
    • Able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • A proactive team player with a customer-focused approach
