    • If you're a practical, hands-on Project Manager who enjoys being close to the work, this could be a great fit.
     
    The Façade Company is a specialist contractor delivering aluminium façades, flashings, and façade maintenance across residential and commercial projects. We're known for quality, problem-solving, and getting the details right on site.
     
    We're looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of live projects and see them through from handover to completion.
     
    What you'll be doing:
    • Managing aluminium façade, flashing, and maintenance projects on site
    • Planning programmes, coordinating installers, and keeping jobs moving smoothly
    • Making sure materials, sequencing, and quality are right
    • Being present on site, solving problems, and supporting your crews
    • Working alongside an Operations Manager/Quantity Surveyor, so you can focus on delivery rather than paperwork
