Tile Warehouse is New Zealand's most iconic Tile brand, renowned for Leading the industry in design, quality, and expertise and with a national footprint.
We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager (with at least 5 years' experience) to work alongside our MD, Retail, and Commercial team leaders to formulate and then deliver brand, educational and marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities in the role include, but are not limited to:- Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that grow brand awareness and customer engagement and sales opportunities across Our different customer segments
- Lead the evolution of the brand strategy, driving new and repeat customers to showrooms and online
- Ensure social media, creative, photography and content are fully aligned with brand and marketing objectives
- Develop and maintain our digital and social media presence across our retail ,commercial and trade channels
- Oversee the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns
- Manage marketing budgets, tracking performance, ROI and campaign effectiveness
- Deliver a strong measurable and cost-effective digital strategy
- Coordinating and delivering our print media covering brochures, blogs and technical bulletins
- Oversee the website design delivery to meet customers' needs
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with brand partners and suppliers
- Champion customer experience across all showrooms
- Oversee POS, and other showroom banners and presentation material
- Plan and attend VIP nights and in-store events where appropriate
This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded marketer with a strong design sense and passion for the latest designs, storytelling, and customer experience.
As the successful candidate, you will have:- Proven marketing experience within interior design / fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands
- Strong brand experience and ability to promote across multi audience marketing strategies
- Highly visual, detail-oriented, and brand-led in approach
- Commercially astute with a deep understanding of customer experience and ROI
- Passionate about interior design, storytelling, and building meaningful brand connections.
