As our online presence continues to expand, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented team member to help manage and improve our product listings and daily operations.

    About the Role

    We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Website Listing & Operations Assistant to manage online product listings, prepare images, conduct pricing research, and provide operational support when required. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, images and systems, and who takes pride in accuracy and organisation.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Create, upload and maintain product listings on the company website and online platforms
    • Edit and optimise product images using Photoshop, Canva or similar tools
    • Ensure accuracy and consistency across listings, pricing and images
    • Research competitor pricing and conduct basic price analysis
    • Update listings in response to pricing or content changes
    • Assist with dispatching or storefront duties when listing tasks are not required
    About You:
    • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organisation
    • Experience with Photoshop, Canva or similar tools preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
    • Prior experience with online listings is an advantage
    • Ability to create new product bundles in line with sales objectives and listing standards
    • Confident researching and analysing competitor pricing
    • Flexible, organised and willing to take on a variety of responsibilities
    • Basic computer skills

    • Flexible working hours: 6-8 hours per day, Monday to Saturday between 8:30am and 5:30pm (weekly roster, negotiable)
