About the role
As a Parts Consultant, you will be researching and ordering parts required for repairs to workshop vehicles, trade customers and over the counter sales. You will also be responsible for processing and generating orders, receipting parts, stock management, and carrying out deliveries as required.
Skills required:- Great attention to detail as you will be looking at parts diagrams to decipher the correct parts required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritise and reach deadlines
- Computer literacy and numerical accuracy
- A strong interest and/or knowledge of the automotive industry
- Strong communication skills
- A willingness to be a flexible and supportive team member
- Full NZ driver's licence
- The ability to provide professional, high quality, customer focused service
- A collegial mindset to work in partnership with our Service Department technicians and advisors to enable a quality, seamless customer service experience
