    With a brand new dealership, workshops, and offices opening in April, this is an exciting time to join Vanari and play a key role in shaping how we work and serve our customers.

    We're looking for an experienced and proactive Lead Service Technician to take ownership of our workshop operations and customer service experience. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll support technicians, coordinate workflow, and act as the key link between the workshop and our customers.

    You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and stepping up to make things better - whether that's improving systems, supporting the team, or ensuring every customer drives away confident and satisfied.

    You'll be responsible for:
    • Providing hands-on technical support and workshop oversight, helping the team resolve issues efficiently
    • Taking ownership of parts management, inventory, tools, equipment, and consumables
    • Coordinating and adjusting workshop schedules to manage urgent jobs and changing priorities
    • Being the primary customer contact for caravan receival, handover, and servicing
    • Acting as the communication bridge between customers and technicians
    • Responding to and completing emergency jobs when required
    • Providing phone and email technical support to customers and internal staff
    • Developing, maintaining, and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
    • Creating and implementing improved systems and processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience
    What We're Looking For

    We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and consistently goes above and beyond. You'll need to be organised, adaptable, and confident balancing customer expectations with the realities of a busy workshop.

    To be successful in this role, you will also need to demonstrate:
    • Experience in workshop environments, service coordination, or dealership support
    • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
    • Technical mindset with the ability to learn and apply complex systems (solar or emerging technologies advantageous)
    • Excellent time management and attention to detail
    • Confident written and verbal communication skills
    • Comfortable using workshop and service software
    • Proactive, solutions-focused, and customer-first
    Experience in the automotive, caravan or RV industry is highly regarded but not essential.

    This is a full time role working Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm.
