We currently have an opportunity for a Qualified Builder - Foreman / Leading Hand to join our skilled team based in Auckland covering the Central Auckland to mid Rodney area.
Key duties and responsibilities include:- Lead and manage day-to-day site operations with a calm, organised approach
- Deliver works to programme, scope, and high-quality standards
- Coordinate labour, materials, tools, and site logistics efficiently
- Lead the site team by example and keep momentum on site
- Solve problems quickly and communicate clearly with management
- Ensure all health & safety and compliance requirements are met
- Manage variations, inspections, and quality control on site
- Complete site reporting, timesheets, and job documentation
- Leave sites tidy, compliant, and well-presented at completion
About You:- NZQA national cert in carpentry.
- LBP carpentry license (preferred).
- NZ full drivers license.
- Clean and tidy vehicle for transport and transport of tools to and from daily sites and a smart phone with access to emails and internet.
- Full builders tool kit to build or renovate a house.
- Good level of physical fitness.
- Works well under pressure and is committed to meeting deadlines.
- A high level of workmanship, attention to detail, and takes pride in your work.
- Professional demeanour.
Hours are Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm. An immediate start is available.
