Vanari Caravans is a premium caravan brand experiencing strong growth across New Zealand. With an established dealership in Northland, we are now expanding into Christchurch.

We are currently looking for a Branch Manager to join our team. This role offers a rare opportunity to shape a dealership from the ground up and have real influence over its success.
You'll have full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the dealership, leading sales, service, administration, and customer care. You'll be a hands-on leader who builds a strong team culture, drives performance, and delivers an outstanding customer experience.
This will involve:- Lead and manage daily branch operations across sales, service, admin, and customer care
- Build, coach, and empower a high-performing team to exceed targets
- Drive sales growth, customer retention, and aftersales performance
- Oversee service delivery, repairs, warranty processes, and scheduling efficiency
- Monitor and manage KPIs including sales results, service profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate on local marketing initiatives and showroom campaigns
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements and safety standards
- Champion continuous improvement across systems, communication, and customer experience
- Provide strong, visible leadership for both team and customers
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate proven leadership experience in a dealership, service centre, or branch environment (automotive, caravan, or RV experience highly regarded).
You will also need to demonstrate:- A track record of achieving sales and service performance targets
- Strong operational and financial acumen with a hands-on leadership style
- Experience with warranty processes, service scheduling, and CRM systems
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- A customer-first mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
- A strong people manager who builds trust quickly
- Approachable, genuine, and highly present on the floor
- Agile thinker and fast learner who thrives in a growing business
- Leads by example and supports both team and customers
This is a full time role working Monday to Friday, with excellent work-life balance. Weekend work is limited to two expos per year only.
