As we grow, we're looking for a reliable and motivated Digger Operator / Drainlayer to join our small tight-knit team.
About the Role
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:- Operating and maintaining diggers and other machinery
- Drainlaying when required
- Keeping tools, equipment, and machinery tidy and well maintained
- Working as part of a crew on sites across Auckland
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am - 6pm (some Saturday work may be required).
What we're looking for:- Minimum WTR endorsement
- NZ work rights (we are open to candidates on a current NZ visa with no working restrictions)
- Ability to pass a police background check and drug testing
- Previous civil / drainage / construction experience highly regarded but not essential
- Friendly and easy to get along with
- Keen to learn and grow within the team
- Takes pride in doing a job properly
