  • Permanent part-time role: 24 - 30 hours p/week (approx. 3 days)

  • This newly created role is designed for someone ready to take ownership of Pushbikes' online sales and digital presence while supporting our physical stores through high-impact marketing that drives real customers through the doors.

    You'll be responsible for executing campaigns, creating content, improving conversion, and using data to make better decisions. This is a hands-on e-commerce and digital marketing role. You'll work closely with store teams and external specialists, but you are accountable for day-to-day performance, content execution, and results across our digital channels.

    We're looking for someone who wants ownership and understands retail, e-commerce, and how marketing turns into revenue.

    What you'll own:
    • Own and grow Pushbikes' online revenue across Shopify, Google, and Meta
    • Plan and execute promotions across online and in-store channels
    • Drive organic growth through SEO, content, and email marketing (Klaviyo)
    • Support Click & Collect, store events, reviews, and localised campaigns
    • Use GA4, data, and modern tools (including AI) to test, optimise, and improve performance
    • Work closely with store managers and external specialists to deliver results
    You'll be able to focus on marketing performance and growth; product uploads and ERP stock feeds are handled by other team members.

    What you'll bring

    Must-haves:
    • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, and SEO tools
    • Confidence creating video, imagery, and copy using modern tools
    • A data-driven mindset, comfortable setting targets and improving results
    • Strong organisation and communication skills
    • A genuine interest in cycling or the outdoors
    • Full NZ driver's license and ability to travel between stores
    • Flexibility to support occasional weekend events
    Nice-to-haves:
    • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
    • Looker Studio reporting experience
    • Advanced GA4 testing or dashboarding
    • Experience coordinating campaigns across multiple retail locations
