    The Opportunity

    We are hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our high-performing and supportive team.

    If you understand what makes digital content engaging (and why), and you know how to run performance-driven campaigns across Meta and Google, we want to hear from you.

    This role is ideal for someone at an intermediate level, with room to grow and expand. You will play a key role in elevating our digital presence across listings, auctions, branding, recruitment, and community campaigns.

    A major bonus in this role is content creation. If you have experience creating photo and video content for social media, that will be highly valued. If you don't have much experience yet but you're eager and confident to learn, we still want to hear from you.

    Key Responsibilities

    Paid Ads (Meta and Google):
    • Manage, refine, and optimise performance-driven digital advertising campaigns across Meta and Google, with a focus on reach, engagement, leads, and conversion.
    Oversight of Digital Channels:
    • Support the performance of our digital channels including our website, social media, EDMs, and paid advertising activity, in collaboration with the wider team.
    Reporting and Analytics:
    • Track, measure, and report on campaign KPIs including CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS, engagement, and conversion metrics. Provide insights to continuously improve performance.
    Data-Mindset:
    • Bring a data-led approach to campaign optimisation and decision-making, with a strong focus on ROI, engagement, and conversion outcomes.
    Industry Awareness:
    • Stay across digital trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes, and proactively suggest improvements and new opportunities.
    Using AI and Increasing Efficiency:
    • Embrace AI tools and develop systems and processes that improve efficiency, consistency, and performance across the role.
    Content Creation (Bonus / Highly Valued):
    • Support the creation of photo and video content across marketing campaigns and social media. This may include property, agent, and office content, as well as behind-the-scenes and short-form video where required.
