Our Timaru GWM/MG dealership, part of the CMG Motors group, is thriving, and we're looking for a motivated and capable Sales Support Administrator to join our high-performing team. This is your chance to work with two dynamic automotive brands under a company known for growth, innovation, and long-term success.
We're looking for a proactive Administration & Logistics Coordinator to be the backbone of our operations, supporting both front-of-house administration and behind-the-scenes vehicle logistics.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and loves keeping things running smoothly.
You will play a key role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across administration, vehicle coordination, and stock management. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors and suppliers while also managing critical logistics and paperwork.
Key Duties Include:- Front-of-house reception and general office administration
- Managing purchase orders, invoicing, and reconciliations
- Maintaining office supplies and grooming products
- Preparing and updating brochures, price boards, and window displays
- Coordinating vehicle movements between yards and workshops
- Booking transport, managing deliveries, and collecting/dropping off vehicles
- Processing vehicle sales documentation and registrations
- Maintaining accurate stock records in the DMS
- Updating vehicle status (in transit, arrived, ready)
- Coordinating WOFs and pre-delivery requirements
About You
You'll be successful in this role if you have:- Previous administration, logistics, or automotive experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence juggling multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude
