Amp't is growing and we're looking for an experienced Residential Project Manager to lead the safe, organised and profitable delivery of residential electrical, HVAC and solar projects across the Bay of Plenty and Taupō regions.

About the role
You'll lead projects end-to-end (start to handover), keeping work flowing smoothly and supporting site teams (including apprentices). You'll work closely with the General Manager and wider leadership team to deliver quality outcomes and continuously improve how we do things.
Key responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day delivery of residential projects
- Plan/programme work to meet timelines and budgets
- Schedule labour/resources using SIMPRO
- Manage variations, documentation, materials and procurement
- Support estimating, pricing and invoicing as required
- Ensure quality, compliance and H&S are maintained on every site
- Lead toolbox talks, one-on-ones, and support apprentice development
- Maintain clear communication with clients, suppliers and internal teams
What we're looking for:- Qualified Electrician with strong residential experience
- Project management experience (preferred)
- Strong organisation, planning and problem-solving skills
- Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, high attention to detail
- Strong ownership mindset and confident communicator
- SIMPRO experience preferred
- Full, clean NZ driver licence
