    Flooring Design is a proudly New Zealand-owned flooring franchise group that has been operating for over 23 years. From our head office in Napier, we support a nationwide network of franchisees with strong systems, hands-on support, and a genuine team-first approach.

    The Role

    This is a key support role within our head office team, providing bookkeeping and accounts administration support to our franchisees. You'll be working across multiple businesses, within established systems, and alongside a team that values accuracy, collaboration, and mutual support.

    Full training will be provided on our systems and processes.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Accounts payable and general accounts administration
    • Payroll processing and payroll support
    • GST preparation and filing
    • Bank reconciliations
    • Balance sheet reconciliations
    • General bookkeeping
    • Supporting franchisees with day-to-day accounting and system queries
    • Working within documented systems to ensure consistency and compliance

    Skills & Experience

    Essential:
    • Experience using Xero
    • A solid understanding of bookkeeping fundamentals
    Bonus (but not required):
    • Experience with Tradify
    • Experience with RFMS or similar retail/ERP systems
    If you don't have experience with some of our systems, that's absolutely fine - full training will be provided.
