  • Bayleys Property Management Canterbury are recruiting a Tenancy Manager to assist in the day-to-day management of a large residential property portfolio, working closely alongside a Senior Property Manager.

    About the Role

    As a Tenancy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the effective management of residential tenancies, ensuring tenants and landlords receive consistent, high-quality service while maintaining full legislative compliance.

    Key responsibilities include:
    • Assisting with the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio
    • Tenant liaison and relationship management
    • Rent collection and arrears management
    • Routine inspections and follow-up actions
    • Thorough entry inspections and condition reports
    • Coordinating maintenance and repairs
    • Preparing and managing tenancy documentation and notices
    • Supporting compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act and related legislation
