As our Sales Development Manager you will work together with our leaders to continue to grow & support our sales team, drive market share growth, empower high-performing teams, and make a lasting impact in the residential sales market.

About the Role: As our Sales Development Manager, you will:- Collaborate with the General Manager and Managing Director to define and achieve strategic objectives for growth and excellence in the residential sales business.
- Assist sales leaders, fostering a culture of performance and exceptional client service.
- Identify market opportunities and implement strategies that drive sustainable growth.
- Support top-performing consultants to refine and execute strategic business plans that drive measurable results, with a focus on reviewing their systems, structures and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Champion recruitment efforts to build talented, high-performing teams.
- Ensure compliance and operational excellence while embracing modern selling tactics and tools.

About you: You're a natural leader with a passion for real estate, empowering teams, fostering collaboration and delivering exceptional results. You bring:- A credible track record of success in residential real estate
- Proven leadership experience in sales, ideally in real estate
- The ability to inspire, mentor, and guide teams toward exceptional outcomes.
- Strategic thinking skills to identify opportunities and shape actionable plans.
- An understanding of business systems to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and unity across teams.
Your skills/experience:- Licenced Real Estate Salesperson or Branch Manager
- Proven success in real estate sales career.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for wanting to support and develop our sales team.
- Leadership and team management skills to motivate others and achieve targets.
