Due to continued growth, we are now seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised individual to fill our newly created role of Accounts and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Administrator. You will bring strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, supporting finance administration across our five real estate offices and Property Management business.
What You'll Be Doing:- Assisting with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliation and invoice processing
- Compiling data for end-of-month and other reporting activities
- Conducting customer due diligence and maintaining AML compliance documentation
- Liaising with internal team members to ensure regulatory requirements are met
- Maintaining accurate records and ensure compliance with internal financial controls
What You Bring:- High proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- A basic understanding of accounting principles and/or AML regulations (training provided)
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong appreciation for compliance
- A team player who is willing to learn new systems and support the wider team

This is a full-time role (40 hours per week); however, we are open to discussing flexible arrangements, with the potential to reduce hours to approximately 30 per week for the right candidate.
