    Trufold is a locally owned and operated business in Tauranga specialising in powdercoating, sheetmetal flashing and waterjet cutting. Our talented team of 27 has many years' combined experience in the industry and our investment in technology and specialist machinery places us at the forefront of our industry not just in New Zealand but worldwide.

    What are we looking for?

    Based in Greerton, Tauranga, we're looking for an experienced, bubbly and positive Office Manager to join our team. This is a busy, hands-on role with lots of customer interaction, so accuracy, speed and the ability to juggle multiple tasks are essential.

    While this is an office-based role, we're a practical, down-to-earth team - so you'll need to be willing to help out where needed and fit comfortably into our workplace culture.

    What would your new role involve?:
    • Taking customer orders and entering them into the job management system
    • Ensuring jobs are labelled correctly
    • Answering phones, emails and customer queries
    • Managing debtors and creditors
    • Ensuring supplier invoices are accurate and entered into the accounting system
    • Receiving and processing payments
    • Ordering stationery, stock and safety equipment
    • Maintaining accurate records and databases
    • Assisting management with tasks such as staff contracts and organising staff functions
    • Assisting with OSH administration
    • Contributing to a positive, upbeat team environment
    What do you need?

    We're looking for someone with 2-3 years' experience in an office management or administration role, who is confident working in a fast-paced environment.

    Ideally, you'll also bring:
    • Experience using Xero (or similar systems such as MYOB)
    • Experience with job management systems and the ability to pick up new software quickly
    • Strong knowledge of debtors and creditors
    • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently
    • Strong multitasking and time management skills
    • Competent computer skills
    • A bubbly, lively personality with a professional phone manner
    • Reliability, punctuality and a strong team mindset
    • A good sense of humour and comfort working in a relaxed, informal environment
