This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has recently completed Year 13 and is looking to start a hands-on, stable career in a safe and supportive environment.
About the Role
You will be trained to operate and maintain production machinery, ensuring products are manufactured safely, accurately, and efficiently. No manufacturing experience is required - just the right attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to doing the job well.
What You'll Do:- Operate and monitor production machines
- Conduct quality checks and follow standard operating procedures
- Work closely with the team to meet production targets
- Identify basic issues and assist with troubleshooting
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines
What We're Looking For:- Recently finished school (Year 13) or early in your career
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn hands-on skills
- Strong attention to detail and reliable work habits
- Good communication skills and the confidence to ask questions
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Full NZ driver's licence required
- Forklift licence preferred (or willing to obtain one)
