    We're currently seeking a Traveller Experience Specialist who is ready to make their mark in a dynamic company.

    The role of Traveller Experience Specialist supports the wider team as necessary. Your key focus will be on meeting high standards in all customer facing areas of the business and maintenance of the fleet. You will need to embody the energy that Mad Campers is built on and be endlessly focussed on traveller satisfaction, staying organised and managing a wide range of tasks, whilst being able to communicate effectively within the team.

    Key responsibilities:
    • Deliver consistent 5-star service alongside the Traveller Experience team.
    • Complete vehicle show-throughs, drop-offs, and traveller support.
    • Manage incoming emails and calls, including booking requests, on-road assistance, queries, and complaints. Clear and timely communication is essential.
    • Quality check all vehicles prior to collection to ensure Mad Campers presentation standards are met.
    • Assist the vehicle detailing team to prepare vehicles for collection, including TAs, grooming, quality checks, kitset restocking, safety checks, and organising extras.
    • Maintain high presentation standards in all work spaces.
    • Support scheduling, fleet planning, and maintenance coordination in the booking system.
    • Work closely with the fleet department to manage and resolve on-road issues efficiently.
    • Assist the fleet department with COFs, licensing, and registration tasks.
    • Complete general duties as required.
    • Support the broader business across dynamic and evolving responsibilities.

    This is a full time role working 40 hours per week (part time hours can also be considered). You must be available Monday to Sunday as required by the schedule, as well as through peak season (November to March). You must also be available to work overtime hours and some public holidays if required.

    Remuneration will be based on the skills and experience you bring to the role.

    The role is to be based at Mad Campers Christchurch offices and operations, however you may be required to travel from time to time.
