Forme Reclad are a small, well-established Auckland construction company specialising in recladding, remedial, and complex building upgrade projects. With a strong reputation and a healthy pipeline of ongoing work, we're looking for a capable and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our team and take ownership of key projects.
About the Role
This is an ideal role for a QS who enjoys working in a hands-on, close-knit environment where your contribution genuinely matters. You'll be involved across the full project lifecycle - from early pricing and tendering through to final accounts - working closely with project managers, site teams, and clients.
Procore is the main system we use, you'll play a key role in cost control, contract administration, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- End-to-end QS management on recladding and remedial construction projects
- Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tenders
- Subcontractor procurement, contract administration, and variation management
- Preparing and assessing payment claims and schedules
- Monitoring project costs and cashflow using Procore
- Working collaboratively with project managers and site teams to keep projects on track
About You:- 4+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in New Zealand construction
- Strong working knowledge of NZS3910 and standard construction contracts
- Procore experience is preferred but not essential
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Practical, organised, and able to work independently
- Enjoys being part of a small, experienced team where quality matters
- Recladding or remedial project experience is highly desirable
