    We are seeking a skilled and motivated Clinical Informatics Specialist to join our team on a 1 Year fixed term contract.

An individual with a willingness to contribute beyond the role will thrive. You will be fully trained by our current Informatics Specialist who will be going on maternity leave in April 2026.

    About the Role

    As a Clinical Informatics Specialist, you will serve as the bridge between clinical practice and information technology, ensuring our systems and digital tools support safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. This role involves optimizing workflows, managing clinical data integrity, and supporting clinicians in leveraging technology for improved outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • System Development & Management: Maintain, configure and enhance our patient management systems, including the Electronic Medical Record, MOSAIQ and the Clinical Trials Management System, CRIO. Lead on engagement activities with external vendors.
    • User Support & Engagement: Provide training and support for staff on informatics systems. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to identify informatics needs, identify innovation opportunities and design workflow improvements.
    • Data Analytics & Reporting: Provide actionable insights to improve productivity and clinical outcomes. Ensure accuracy, completeness and security of clinical data.
    • Systems Implementation & Change Management: Support testing, commissioning, and installation of new IT systems and digital tools. Coordinate change management and implementation of new tools.
    • Collaboration & Leadership: Facilitate project meetings, foster teamwork, and build strong relationships across clinical and administrative groups. Get the team onboard with new projects and encourage engagement.

    • Experience in a similar role.
    • Proficiency with Business Information tools (e.g., Google Looker, Tableau, Microsoft BI).
    • Solid understanding of databases and SQL.
