Tracks is a locally owned civil construction business delivering concreting, drainage, and infrastructure works across the Eastern Bay of Plenty. We're looking for a Concrete Supervisor to coordinate our concrete crews, price smaller works, and ensure high-quality outcomes across day-to-day concrete operations.
This role sits above our Concrete Foremen and reports directly to the Managing Director. It is deliberately focused on hands-on leadership, planning, and quality.
The Role
You will be responsible for:- Coordinating and overseeing multiple concrete crews through site supervisors
- Planning and organising daily and weekly concrete works
- Pricing and quoting smaller, less complex concrete jobs
- Checking levels, quantities, formwork, and finishes
- Coordinating accurate concrete orders and deliveries
- Being present and involved during key pours where required
- Setting the standard for workmanship, safety, and professionalism
- Supporting and mentoring Concrete Foremen
- Communicating clearly with management on workload, resourcing, and issues
What We're Looking For:- Strong practical experience in all types of concrete works - including residential, civil, commercial
- Proven ability to supervise supervisors and crews
- High attention to detail and pride in quality finishes
- Solid planning and organisational skills
- A calm, accountable leader who leads by example
- Confidence to stop work and escalate issues where quality or safety may be compromised
- Flexible and prepared to assist with job completion when resourcing or time constraints arise
Formal qualifications are a bonus, but experience, judgement, and attitude are key.
