Blueline Plumbing is excited to have a Project Manager join our team. If you like the idea of working for a company that values its people, leads by example, and can provide a great variety of work, then this role is for you!
We are located on the North Shore and specialise in all forms of responsive plumbing maintenance, residential newbuilds and commercial builds/fit outs.
You'll be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of contract work undertaken by being efficient in profitable project outcomes.
This is a full time role working approximately Monday - Friday, 42.5 hours a week.
Key Skills and Experience:- Trade Qualification in Plumbing and/or Gasfitting (NZ Registered or Certifying Plumber/Gasfitter).
- Site Safe Gold Card or equivalent Health & Safety certification.
- NZQA Level 4-6 Project Management, Diploma in Construction Management, or similar qualification (preferred).
- BCITO qualification or relevant industry training pathway.
- Leadership and People Management training (NZIM or equivalent).
- Financial Management for Projects course (covering estimating, budgeting, and cost control).
- Health & Safety Leadership or Construction Site Supervisor course.
- Solar or Heating System Installation Certification (advantageous).
- Proficient in Job Management Software (e.g. Fergus, SimPRO, AroFlo) and Microsoft Office tools.
- Minimum 5+ years' experience managing trade-based or construction projects.
