We're looking for an Auckland-based Operations Specialist/Coordinator to ensure our warehouses, tools, and teams are always ready to deliver outstanding results.

    The Role

    As our Operations Specialist/Coordinator, you will keep our warehouses stocked and our teams equipped with tools and knowledge to serve our amazing clients. Keeping us organised and efficient, you will do everything from managing our warehouses and inventory, right through to training and fostering a health-and-safety-first mindset. You will play a critical role in enabling our teams to do great work - efficiently and safely.

    You'll Thrive Here If You:
    • Have experience in warehouse or operations management with a strong focus purchasing, systems and health & safety.
    • Are confident managing inventory, procurement, and tool servicing.
    • Enjoy coaching and training team members to build capability.
    • Communicate clearly and work collaboratively across the divisions.
    • Can troubleshoot issues quickly and keep things moving smoothly.
    • Use technology to improve accuracy, knowledge sharing and efficiency.

    • Experience in warehouse, purchasing and inventory management
    • Skills in operational planning and process improvement
    • Knowledge of horticulture, landscaping, and turf care
    • Ability to coach and train in gardening and landscaping
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Proactive, solutions-focused approach
    • Excellent client service and interpersonal skills
