    The team at Harcourts Blackham & Co Ltd are currently seeking a full time Field Services person to join their busy Timaru office in the Property Management department.

    We are seeking a proactive individual to provide essential on the ground support to the Property Management team. This position ensures properties are presented, maintained, and documented to a high professional standard. The role has a strong focus on conducting routine inspections, while also managing entry and exit inspections and assisting with leasing activities.

    The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering excellent service to both tenants and property owners. A background in Property Management would be beneficial.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct routine, entry and exit inspections within required timeframes
    • Assess and document property condition, identifying maintenance, compliance or damage issues
    • Prepare inspection reports and communicate follow-up items to Property Managers
    • Support smooth tenant move-ins, move-outs and bond-related processes
    • Assist with leasing activities, including open homes, virtual tours and applicant feedback
    • Provide on-site and administrative support to Property and Tenancy Managers as required
    In order to be considered for this role you must also have the following:
    • Full NZ Drivers Licence
    • Strong communication skills
    • Immaculate personal presentation
    • Local area knowledge
    • Knowledge of property management software would be advantageous
    • Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
