About the Role
Are you passionate about quality and driven by customer satisfaction?
We're looking for an experienced and quality driven welder/fabricator to join our team. The role involves welding, fabricating, operating our Robotic Welders, and assisting our CNC Machinists.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform welding and fabrication of metal components according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Operate and assist with CNC machining processes.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions accurately.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and tolerances.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and optimize workflow.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and report any equipment issues promptly.
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys precision work and takes pride in doing things right the first time. Ideally, you'll have:- Some experience in welding and metal fabrication (MIG/TIG preferred).
- Experience in manufacturing or custom fabrication projects.
- Familiarity with CNC machine operation and machining principles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and use measuring tools.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety practices.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to handle materials and operate machinery safely.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for customer satisfaction.
