About the Role
As Business Manager, you'll play a key role in driving profitability and ensuring every customer leaves with confidence in their finance and insurance solutions. Working closely with our sales team, you'll manage the full finance process and deliver exceptional outcomes for both customers and the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Present, structure and settle finance applications efficiently
- Consistently exceed finance volume and profitability targets
- Recommend and clearly explain insurance and protection products
- Deliver a high standard of customer satisfaction each month
- Proactively resolve customer concerns with speed and professionalism
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to maximise opportunities
What We're Looking For:- Proven success in automotive Finance & Insurance sales, but would consider an applicant with proven sales background
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Business Manager role
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset with the ability to drive results
- Capability to develop and execute short- and long-term plans
- Excellent communication skills with customers, lenders and internal teams
- A customer-first approach with a passion for delivering value
