  • We are looking for someone with the right combination of administrative expertise, marketing prowess, strong eye for detail and incomparable customer service to join our team as Personal Assistant/Sales Support to one of our top performing real estate teams.

    This is a varied role that will include but not limited to:
    • Client care
    • Maintaining databases
    • Diary management
    • Managing and assisting in the creation of marketing campaigns
    • Preparation of legal documents
    • Loading listings, through to preparation of contracts
    • Maintaining agents profiling on a range of online channels
    • Social media management
    • Preparation of submissions
    We're seeking an individual to contribute to our dynamic team by offering top-notch administrative and marketing support. Your role will involve collaborating with the team to ensure clients receive outstanding service. Adapting to incoming requests and shifting priorities will be second nature to you. Flexibility with working hours, a mature demeanour, creative thinking, and experience in confidential settings are essential attributes for this role.

    Essential skills and attributes include:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Experienced in working and delivering to tight deadlines
    • Ability to multi-task and be solution orientated
    • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
    • Goal driven and thrive to achieve
    • Be social media savvy
    • Eager to learn and good attention to detail
    • Flexible on hours, this is not always a 40 hour a week role
    • Prior real estate/property/marketing experience would be preferred
