About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for processing and managing warranty claims for BMW and MINI vehicles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with manufacturer requirements. Full training will be provided, so prior warranty experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing and submitting warranty claims accurately and efficiently
Liaising with technicians, service advisors, and manufacturers
Maintaining detailed and accurate records
Ensuring all warranty procedures and guidelines are followed
About You:
No previous warranty experience required - full training provided
A good understanding of motor vehicles or a strong interest in the automotive industry
Strong computer skills and confidence using digital systems
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work well in a team and manage deadlines
Full drivers licence
