We are seeking an experienced Branch / Sales Manager to lead and grow high-performing real estate offices in Cromwell and Wanaka. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, developing people, maintaining a positive workplace culture and ensuring exceptional service standards across both Sales and Property Management.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives on mentoring, accountability and results.
As Branch / Sales Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day leadership across the office, working closely with Sales Consultants, Property Managers and senior leadership to deliver strong outcomes for clients and the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, motivate, and develop high-performing Sales and Property Management teams
- Coach and mentor Sales Consultants to drive performance and growth
- Deliver training and development to lift individual and team capability
- Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative office culture
- Manage performance conversations, reviews, and development plans
- Handle client and staff matters with confidence and professionalism
- Oversee Property Management operations and compliance standards
- Work closely with senior leadership to achieve branch and business goals
- Celebrate success and support continuous improvement across the team
About You:- Proven experience in real estate leadership or senior sales management
- Strong people leadership, coaching and performance management skills
- Confident handling conflict, complaints and sensitive situations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Well-organised with a professional, solutions-focused approach
- Current real estate branch licence (or ability to obtain)
