We're currently looking for a reliable, skilled, and energetic Soft Landscape Team Leader to join our Christchurch-based team.

To be considered for this opportunity, you'll need to demonstrate:- At least 3 years experience within the soft landscaping aspect of landscape works - Very good plant knowledge with a minimum of Level 3 horticulture or at least 3 years working in the plant industry.
- A passion for landscaping with the desire to share knowledge and skills
- A current Class 2 Licence will be highly regarded
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Planning abilities and able to meet deadlines
- Confidence working with a wide range of people as well as managing teams of 2-3 staff
- A strong customer focus
- Aptitude using a range of plant and equipment
- Stamina with a good level of fitness and agility
