This is a full-time (45 hours a week) role based in the North Waikato Region. The salary will match the applicant's experience, and there is scope for a long career in the business. About the Business
The company produces stunning, high-quality products and has a strong focus on Health & Safety and improvement. They are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join the multi-faceted front office team. About the Role
This is a highly dynamic and critical role, reporting personally to the Directors. Main Focus: Working with staff and clients to ensure everyone goes home safely every day, and ensuring operations meet relevant Health & Safety legislation.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading H&S Meetings.
- Overseeing company H&S software.
- Assisting in HR practices (including inductions) and Immigration practices/applications.
- Preparing H&S training and paperwork.
- Ensuring compliance with the HSWA 2015 and client H&S requirements.
- Promoting a culture of safety and improvement.
Support: The role includes access to a 24/7 support network for HR and H&S advice.

Candidate Requirements
To be considered, candidates should possess most, if not all, of the following:- Proven experience in communicating and building relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong time-management and organisation skills.
- Previous experience in Health & Safety/HR or a relevant tertiary degree.
- Proven experience in using computers and programs, and general computer skills are essential.
- Comfortable working in a self-driven role.
- Must have New Zealand Residency or a valid work visa.
