An opportunity has become available for a self motivated and driven individual to join our team as our Real Estate Office Operations Support Specialist, based in Papanui.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring everything runs at maximum efficiency by assisting with all administration and operational duties, including but not limited to:- Supporting operational management of the Business
- Driving office marketing and branding activities
- Co-ordinating and managing multiple listing campaigns
- Managing databases, newsletters, social media and digital marketing
- Client relationship management
- General administration and front office duties
- Other office duties as required
This role offers plenty of variety; so the ideal candidate will need to be able to prioritise workload to sometimes conflicting deadlines - all delivered with a friendly, positive, can-do attitude.
You will need to be able to demonstrate proven experience in a fast paced administration support role, with a track record of success in organising and maintaining excellent systems and management.
Other essential knowledge and skills include:- Assertiveness and intuition when working and managing multiple tasks
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- The ability to work autonomously and independently
- High level of accuracy and efficiency when communicating
- Ability to learn new programmes and systems
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and provide suggestions and solutions
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience in, and/or ability to learn CRM systems
- Reporting experience in Excel and CRM systems
- A strong desire to provide the best service and experience when working in a team and with clients
- Self-motivated, focused and determined
- A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
- High integrity and a proven ability to maintain confidentiality
- A result orientated approach
- The ability to work well under pressure and be flexible with working hours
A current Real Estate Salesperson's Licence and/or experience in the Real Estate industry or an aligned industry such as finance / law / insurance is an advantage.
