What We Offer:- Minimum 40 hours per week
- Time-and-a-half for hours worked over 50 per week and all Saturday work
- Predominantly Christchurch-based projects

Class 5 Drivers:- Class 5 licence
- WTR endorsement with experience
- Background in construction
- Willing to hop out of the truck and help on the ground when needed
- Strong focus on health & safety
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- A reliable team player
- Previous experience working on steep slopes an advantage
Labourers:- Minimum Class 1 restricted licence
- Eagerness to learn the civil construction industry
- Willingness to obtain WTR licences
- Current practising STMS or TMO is an advantage
Operators / Labourers:- Construction industry experience
- Strong communication skills
- Minimum licences: Class 1, 2, W, T, R
- Willing to go the extra mile and help outside the machine
- Current practising STMS or TMO is an advantage
All Applicants Must Have:- A strong commitment to Health & Safety
- Self-motivation, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently
- A good level of physical fitness
- The ability to work well within a team
