About the Role
We're seeking a proactive, detail-focused Production Supervisor to lead our production operations and support the growth of our manufacturing team.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee daily workflow, ensure high-quality output, maintain stock levels, coordinate freight and production schedules, and uphold compliance and safety standards. You'll supervise a team of approximately six staff and work collaboratively across production, administration, and compliance.
This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, leading small teams, improving processes, and working in a close-knit, remote-location environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and oversee daily production in support of sales requirements
- Ensure all products meet quality specifications and company standards
- Manage and monitor production deadlines, communicating changes as needed
- Ensure machinery, tools and work areas are properly maintained and cleaned
- Support batch records, ingredient orders and compliance documentation
- Train, coach and supervise production staff to ensure competence and efficiency
- Promote a positive, safe and productive team environment
- Manage freight processes, delivery schedules and relationships with 3rd-party providers
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of components, ingredients, labels, repair parts and equipment
- Place orders with suppliers in a timely, cost-effective manner
- Work closely with management to understand job requirements and timelines
- Liaise with admin and compliance teams to support production activities
- Communicate confidently with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:- 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment with automated machinery
- 3+ years' leadership or supervisory experience
- Comfortable working in a remote location
- Strong communication, organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to read and follow written instructions
- Strong numerical and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of meeting the demands of the role
- Clean full driver's licence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Previous experience with CIN7 is advantageous
- Positive approach to change and continuous improvement

This is a full time role working 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday. An immediate start is available.
