You'll supervise a team of approximately six staff and work collaboratively across production, administration, and compliance.

This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, leading small teams, improving processes, and working in a close-knit, remote-location environment.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Plan and oversee daily production in support of sales requirements
    • Ensure all products meet quality specifications and company standards
    • Manage and monitor production deadlines, communicating changes as needed
    • Ensure machinery, tools and work areas are properly maintained and cleaned
    • Support batch records, ingredient orders and compliance documentation
    • Train, coach and supervise production staff to ensure competence and efficiency
    • Promote a positive, safe and productive team environment
    • Manage freight processes, delivery schedules and relationships with 3rd-party providers
    • Monitor and maintain stock levels of components, ingredients, labels, repair parts and equipment
    • Place orders with suppliers in a timely, cost-effective manner
    • Work closely with management to understand job requirements and timelines
    • Liaise with admin and compliance teams to support production activities
    • Communicate confidently with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
    • 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment with automated machinery
    • 3+ years' leadership or supervisory experience
    • Comfortable working in a remote location
    • Strong communication, organisational and time-management skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to read and follow written instructions
    • Strong numerical and analytical thinking skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Physically capable of meeting the demands of the role
    • Clean full driver's licence
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
    • Previous experience with CIN7 is advantageous
    • Positive approach to change and continuous improvement
    • Initiative, tenacity and a practical, hands-on attitude
    • Customer-focused mindset
    • Team player with a leadership mindset
This is a full time role working 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday. An immediate start is available.
