GreenLinc is a well-established and growing nursery business based in Selwyn. We supply both retail and trade customers with high-quality plants and take pride in delivering excellent service, expert advice, and a well-presented retail environment.
We are now looking for a reliable and hardworking Truck Driver / Landscape Labourer to join us.
This is a varied, hands-on position combining truck driving with on-the-ground landscape labouring. No two days will be the same.
Your key duties will include:- Driving a Class 2 truck to and from job sites
- Assisting with landscape labouring duties when not driving
- Supporting the team with loading, unloading, and site preparation
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
Hours are Monday to Friday, approximately 45-50 hours per week.
We are looking for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in what you do, and works well in a small team environment. It's important that you don't mind jumping out of the truck and getting stuck in when needed!
Must-haves:- Class 2 licence or above
- WTR endorsements (advantageous but not essential)
- Minimum 2 years' experience preferred
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Able to work unsupervised and show initiative
- Clean, full driver licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Team player who's happy to help wherever needed
- Takes pride in delivering tidy, professional work
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
