GreenLinc is a well-established and growing nursery business based in Selwyn. We supply both retail and trade customers with high-quality plants and take pride in delivering excellent service, expert advice, and a well-presented retail environment.
We are now looking for a motivated, customer-focused Nursery Sales & Dispatch team member to join our small, friendly team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with plants, interacting with customers, and keeping things running smoothly.
Your key duties will include:- Assisting retail and trade customers with plant selection and sales
- Dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Stocking and tidying the retail area to maintain a high standard of presentation
- Ensuring a clean, organised, and welcoming nursery environment
- Working independently and supporting the day-to-day flow of the nursery
We are looking for someone who brings both practical skill and great personality to the team.
Must-haves:- Previous retail experience
- Strong customer service focus
- Good working knowledge of plants and horticulture
- Physically fit and capable of hands-on nursery work
- Able to work unsupervised and take initiative
- Takes pride in their work and maintains high presentation standards
- Charismatic, friendly, and approachable
- Willing to go the extra mile when needed (e.g. staying a little longer to finish a task)
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and a genuine love for plants
