We are seeking an energetic Senior Heat Pump Installer / Team Leader to lead our installation team and oversee our ducted system and renovation jobs.
We're looking for someone with:- Proven expertise in HVAC heat pump installation, particularly in high wall and ducted systems
- Possession of relevant HVAC certifications and licenses preferred but not essential
- Demonstrated leadership skills in guiding and supporting team members.
- Comprehensive understanding of heat pump technology, installation methods, and industry best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including well spoken English
- A strong customer focus with the ability to deal with clients in a professional, friendly manner
- Be self motivated and be able to work efficiently unsupervised
- A commitment to exceeding customer expectations, delivering high standards of workmanship
- A good eye to detail
- A full, clean drivers licence
