We're looking for a motivated and practical individual to join our team as a Trade Assistant. This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone who's keen to learn a trade and develop hands-on skills. No experience is required - full training will be provided.
You'll work alongside experienced technicians, learning how to service and maintain heat pumps. Over time, you'll gain the confidence and skills to work independently and grow within our team.
This will involve:- Assist in Heatpump Installations including Ducted and High Wall Installations.
- Assist in routine maintenance
- Maintaining tools and equipment
- Assisting in workshop management
To succeed in this role, you will need to demontrate:- A good attitude and willingness to learn
- Practical, hands-on mindset
- Reliable and keen to work as part of a small, supportive team
- Comfortable working with tools and in different environments (indoor/outdoor)
- Physically fit and not afraid of ladders or getting your hands dirty
- Full NZ driver's licence preferred
- NZ residency or valid work visa required
