    We are now searching for a Staging Manager to join our team. This is a key role within our business, offering stability with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week.

    About the Role

    As our Staging Manager, you'll oversee the full staging process, from consultation, quoting, planning, and installation, through to final presentation and weekly checks. You'll work closely with agents, and our staging team to deliver beautiful, market-ready spaces that stand out.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and coordinate all staging projects across multiple properties
    • Complete property assessments and create tailored staging strategies
    • Preparation of quotes and management of these through the confirmation process 
    • Liaise our finance team on invoicing and payments 
    • Manage furniture and stock logistics: delivery, installation, removal, and inventory
    • Manage quality control and ensure each property is presented at its best
    • Maintain strong relationships with agents, clients, and team members
    • Address queries or concerns professionally and promptly
    • Manage and grow our social media presence to showcase our work
    • Provide weekly checks on staged properties and make adjustments as needed
    What You'll Bring:
    • Proven experience in home staging or interior styling
    • Strong organisational and time-management skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • A customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills
    • High attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful spaces
    • Problem-solving ability and resourcefulness under pressure
    • A valid, clean New Zealand driver's licence
    • Confidence using social media to highlight our work
