We're looking for a talented Cabinet Maker to join our team at The Joiner Shop in Kaikōura.
About the role
Cabinet Maker: Build and finish custom cabinetry, using your craftsmanship to turn design concepts into exceptional, long-lasting pieces.
What you'll be doing:- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service
- Collaborate with our design team to bring kitchen layouts to reality
- Keep your workspace clean and organised, following all H&S standards
- Assist with transporting and handling kitchen components
- Contribute to general workshop and installation tasks as required
What we're looking for:- Minimum one year's experience as a cabinet maker, joiner, or builder (qualification ideal)
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
- Confident problem-solver with great customer service skills
- Skilled with hand and power tools, able to read and interpret plans
- Positive team player with a can-do attitude
- Full, valid driver's licence
- Able to pass a pre-employment Police Criminal Record check
